You can pay instantly online via PAYPAL or by credit card. (In both cases, the payment will be securised by PAYPAL)
You can download all the beats you bought from the page "My purchases" in your account.
If your order Exclusives Rights beats, or beats with the separate tracks option, all the separate tracks will be sent by E-mail in Wave format within 7 days.
For all the beats you buy on our website, you can record and broadcast a creation with this beat.
The creation can be played at public concerts, on the radio, on clip, CD, DVD or all physical supports, and on the digital broadcasting networks (Youtube, Facebook, Itunes...)
If necessary, you can revise the arrangements, the tempo, the structure (number of verses, chorus, period,...)
For the beats bought with the Copyrights, you can sell all your final creations without reporting us. You are the owner of the Copyrights.
For the beats bought WITHOUT the Copyrights, you can sell 2000 copies of your creation without reporting us. If you sell more than 2000 copies, you must pay 1/3 (33%) of the final creation rights to the beatmaker from our website.
If the creation is filed with a Copyrights Management society, the distrubution of the rights is regulated by the society.

Please, send us by E-mail your creation on the beats coming from our website.
IT IS PROHIBITED to give off or give access to the beats you bought on our website to a person not involved in the process of your creation.
The exclusive rights beats
They can be sold to only one person and are automatically and immediately deleted from the website after the sale.
For this type, we automatically provide you the separate tracks. (The price includes the separate tracks in Wave format)
The leasing Rights Beats
They can be sold to several persons and stay on the website after the sale.
Some of leasing Rights Beats can be provided with the separate tracks in Wave format.
When the option separate tracks is available for one leasing Rights beats, you will see the icon appear on the beats tables. You can select the option on the page "Add to my cart".
You can buy the Copyrights for the exclusive Rights beats. Then the price will be multiplied by 2.
When you buy a beat with the Copyrights, you can file your final creation by filling in your contact details on the allocation sheets given by your Copyrights Management society.
For the beats which Copyrights are not available in option, you must contact us and send us the allocation sheets we will fill in before returning them.
In any case, with or without the Copyrights, the beatmaker must always be mentioned as such ; during the promotion, on your covers, on the different websites where your creations appear.
For the beats bought with the Copyrights, you can sell all your final creations without reporting us. You are the owner of the Copyrights.
For the beats bought WITHOUT the Copyrights, you can sell 2000 copies of your creation without reporting us. If you sell more than 2000 copies, you must pay 1/3 (33%) of the final creation rights to the beatmaker from our website.

All adults can sell his/her beats on DjFatcut.com.
All your profits will be payed only via PAYPAL.
This payments is made every first Sunday of each month.
For the exclusives rights beats, the payment of your profits will be performed only after you send the separate tracks. (You will be informed by mail when a customer need separate tracks.)
When you sell a beat, your profits depend on your type of account.
Free Account: You earn 75% of the sales price ( Site's share: 25%)
Pro Account: You earn 95% of the sales price ( Site's share: 5%)

For the PRO account, the payment will exclusively be made via Paypal.
To upgrade your account, go to the page "PRO account".
The updating of the account will be made within 48 hours.
You can sell exclusive Rights beats.
They can be sold to one person only. ( The beat will be automatically deleted from our website after the sale, you MUST delete it from every other website where it can be listened to or sold.)
For the sale of exclusives rights beats, YOU MUST TRANSFER US THE SEPARATE TRACKOUTS in Wave format, within 5 days. (Otherwise the customer will be refunded, your profits cancelled, and you will be deregistered from our website)
You can also sell leasing Rights beats.
They can be sold to several persons and stay on the website after the sale.
You can propose the option separate tracks for the leasing Rights beats. (The aforementioned option must be signaled when adding beats on our website.)
For the sale of leasing rights beats with the separate trackouts option, YOU MUST TRANSFER US THE SEPARATE TRACKOUTS in Wave format, within 5 days.
(Otherwise the customer will be refunded, your profits cancelled, and you will be deregistered from our website)

For the sale of exclusives rights beats (or leasing rights beats with the separate trackouts option), YOU MUST TRANSFER US THE SEPARATE TRACKOUTS in Wave format, within 5 days. (Otherwise the customer will be refunded, your profits cancelled, and you will be deregistered from our website)
Every trackouts should be exported separately. (The kick on one track, the snare on one track, the bass on another track...) Every trackouts should be exported from the beginning (beat 0) until the end (last beat).
Do not standardize the volume of your beat's tracks. The customer should be able to download the beat and directly start to work on it.
